Corn Dip
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounce can of mexicorn, drained
Chopped pimento and onion to taste
1/4 cup sugar
Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in bowl
mix until smooth add the corn pimento and onion
mix well stir in sugar.
Can be served with tortilla chips or used as filling for tacos
can be spread on a french bread also,
